Spoiler free mode disappeared. What's the point in showing the result straight in my face? Give us spoiler free by default, like the WEC app
Paid for the monthly subscription but still can't view live content. I want my money back.
Was working well on my Sony Bravia smart tv until the most recent update after Indonesia race, which asks for cookie preferences. After any selection the app momentarily shows the home screen, then crashes. Uninstalled, re-installed, rebooted, cleared cache, tried every permutation of cookie preferences and still crashes on startup.
Installed it for the first time and it won't even run (launches but crashes immediately) on nVidia Shield TV (Android TV). Tried rebooting, reinstalling, clearing cache, nothing works. What a let down of an app
Great watching, keep up the great coverage.🏁
Why can't you guys just leave the app alone. Stop trying so hard it's just a video streaming app.. All we need is to watch the video live or stream it on demand afterwards. Everyone else has it figured out and they don't charge half as much as you guys. Can't even stream the video on the website. It's in some wired VR mode where it's zoomed in and it moves when you move the phone.
Updated to 3 as they fixed the spoiler-free section. Now, maybe you could improve the video quality?
Impossible to login on Shield TV, no way to limit notifications to sessions' start so you're either getting no notifications or getting spoiled. Please add a no spoiler mode hiding news from first page, and more granular notifications settings. CDN got hammered during the first GP, leading to bad quality and drops, please add more capacity.
App performance is alright for me, but it's pretty redundant having a "no spoiler" option if it's still going to ruin it with push notifications....
The App itself can be pretty confusing to navigate, also for the MotoGP Fantasy team you're being sent to your browser. The subscription is also way too expensive for what you get. If you buy it it's unclear if you even have a subscription at all, and when you buy the Videopass (€140) the live timing isn't included. Just a super bad app and subscription experience for how much you pay comparing to the F1 app and subscription
